    摘要：血管内皮生长因子能高效特异促进血管内皮细胞分裂和增殖,迅速有效地促进缺血区侧枝循环的建立,加速损伤血管内皮的迅速修复,在促进缺血心肌更新供血、预防冠状动脉成形术后再狭窄和提高激光心肌血运重建疗效方面起重要作用,在心血管疾病的治疗中展现出良好的应用前景。
