摘要：目的：探讨血中C-反应蛋白(CRP)的检测对妇科炎症疾病与非炎症疾病的鉴别诊断和疗效判断价值。方法：检测125例患者血中CRP含量及白细胞计数(WBC)。结果：通过对125例妇科患者血中CRP检测，表明炎症性疾病与非炎症性疾病CRP含量有显著性差异。盆腔炎患者中CRP的敏感性明显高于白细胞计数的敏感性；盆腔炎患者治疗前后CRP和WBC的比较，CRP变化较之WBC变化更符合临床治疗效果。结论：血CRP的检测有助于妇科炎症性疾病与非炎症性疾病的鉴别诊断，动态检测其变化对疗效判断有实用价值。

    The Retecting Value of CRP in Gynaecology Patients

    Abstract: Objective: To resarch the diagnosis and misdiagnosis value in inflammation and non-inflammation by datectiry CRP. Method: 125 cases were detected the serum of CRP volumn and WBC count. Result: It showed that there's significant difference of serum CRP volumn in 125 cases between inflammation and non-inflammation patients. The CRP volumn -sensibility in pelvic inflammation patients is superior to the WBC count. The changes of CRP before and after treatment is more suitable to the clinical treatment. Conclusion: The detecting of serum can diagnose the inflammation and non-inflammation in gynaecology patients. It's valuable to the clinical effect by dynamic detecting of serum CRP. ......
