摘要：目的：探讨提高常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)疗效的治疗方法。方法：联合使用抗组胺药、鼻腔局部喷雾剂、微波治疗、含抗组胺药的中成药(无为康乐鼻炎片)治疗112例PAR患者。结果：随访1年，显效81例(72.3%)、有效26例(23.2%)、无效5例(4.5%)，总有效率95.5%。复发病例25例(22.3%),复发后症状均较轻,疗效仍为显效和有效,无严重并发症发生。结论：综合治疗PAR具有设计合理，疗效显著，疗程短，复发率低，症状轻等优点，有较好临床应用价值。

    Synthetic Treatment of Perenni Alallergic Rhinitis

    Abstract： Objective: To explore effective therapy of perenni alallergic rhinitis(PAR). Method: To treatment 112 PAR patients by intergated using Antihistamine、rhinal spray 、microwave treatment and KANG LUO rhinitis tablet(composing antihistamine ingredient). Result: After 1 year , there was signal effect in 81 patients(72.3%), being efficacious in 26 patients , being inefficious in 5 patients. The total effective rate was 95.5%.There was 25 recrudescent patients,but the recrudescent symptom was all light,repeating the treatment was still obvious effect and efficacious.and there was no severe complication. Conclusion: The synthetic therapy treat PAR witch has many merits,such as : reasanable resing,obvious effect,short treat time,low recrudescent and light symptom ,ect.so it is better clinic applied value. ......
