【摘要】 目的 研究HBcAg、HBsAg刺激HBV慢性感染者外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cells, PBMCs)分泌IFN-γ。方法 选择转氨酶升高的HBV免疫清除期患者及转氨酶正常的HBV免疫耐受期患者各16例，体外用HBcAg、HBsAg刺激PBMCs，并以1640培养基作为对照，用酶联免疫斑点(enzyme link immunal spot, ELISPOT)方法检测PBMCs分泌IFN-γ的免疫反应。结果 与1640刺激的对照相比，HBcAg刺激PBMCs分泌IFN-γ, 14例(87.5%)免疫清除期患者为阳性，而所有免疫耐受期患者为阴性，二者之间差异有非常显著性(P=2.55×10-7)。结论 HBcAg刺激PBMCs分泌IFN-γ的反应，HBV免疫清除期与免疫耐受期患者不同，而HBsAg的刺激则没有差异。

    The effect of HBcAg，HBsAg on the production of IFN-γ of PBMCs from the HBV chronic carrier

    【Abstract】 Objective The production of Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) from peripheral blood mononucler cells (PBMCs) stimulated by HBcAg、HBsAg in chronic hepatitis B infection.Methods For the patients infected with HBV, 16 patients in clerance period(with the increased alanine aminotransferase), 16 patients in tolerance period(with the normal alanine aminotransferase), were affected. The PBMCs were stimulated with HBcAg and HBsAg separately to measure the production of IFN-γ by the method of enzyme link immunal spot (ELISPOT).Results In compare with the production of IFN-γ stimulated with 1640, those stimulated with HBcAg were significant higher for the 14 cases(87.5%) of patients in clerance period and no change for all of the patients in tolerance period.Conclusion The response of the production of IFN-γ stimulated with HBcAg for the patients in clerance period is significant different from those in tolerance period. ......
