摘 要：目的：探讨急性脑血管病(ACVD)合并多器官功能衰竭(MOF)的相关因素及防治措施。方法：对急性脑血管病并发MOF的33例患者进行回顾性临床分析。结果：ACVD患者并发MOF与发病年龄、基础疾病、脑功能损害缺损程度有关。结论：ACVD随衰竭器官数目增多而死亡率升高。早期评价各器官功能，做好相关防治措施，可降低死亡率。

    Abstract： Objective: To explore the relative factor and the prevention and care measurement of acute cerebral vascular disease (ACVD) combined with multiple organ failure(MOF).Method: To analysis 33 cases with multiple organ failure(MOF) statistically. Result: Patients with ACVD may suffer syndrome of MOF. The rate of suffering MOF is related to the patient’s age, previous medical record, the scope of the brain damage and the degree of nerve damage.
