【摘要】 目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜的适应证。方法：回顾分析2003年2月至2005年3月腹腔镜妇科手术112例的临床资料。结果：除2例中转开腹外，其余手术均顺利完成，无严重并发症发生。结论：适应证掌握得当,仔细操作,妇科大部分手术可在腹腔镜下完成,并能把并发症降至最低。【关键词】 腹腔镜;妇科手术;适应证
The clinical analysis of gynecological laparoscopic surgery:with a report of 112 cases

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the indications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Retrospectively analyze the data of 112 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery between feb.2003 and mar.2005.Results:Except for 2 cases converted to laparotomy,other operations were successfully performed and non severe complication took place.Conclusions:The major of gynecological surgeries can be completed with laparoscopy by strictly controlling indications and careful manipulation which also cut down the morbidity lowestly.
