摘要：目的 了解新乡市郊区中小学生常见病的发生情况及影响因素，为预防及治疗提供科学依据。方法 采取单纯随机抽样的方法抽取新乡市郊区2320名中小学生，对其视力、龋齿、 沙眼进行检查，并观其PPD试验反应。结果 总视力不良率为16.94%，其中小学生为12.62%，中学生为32.16%，且视力不良率与学龄呈正相关(r=0.9628，P<0.01)；总龋患率为32.28%；沙眼患病率为12.24%；结核的感染率为7.07%。结论 中小学生龋齿、视力低下和结核病是群体防治的重点疾病，应引起学校、家庭和社会的高度重视。关键词：中小学生；常见病
Analysis of Common Diseases in Pupils and Middle School Students in Suburb of Xinxiang City

ABSTRACT：Objective To understand the common diseases and relating factors in pupils and middle school students in the suburb of Xinxiang city, and to provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment. Methods According to principle of random sampling, 2320 pupils and middle school students from the suburb of Xinxiang city were selected to examine their sight, decayed teeth and trachoma and do PPD tests. Results Total dysopsia rate was 16.94%, the rate in pupils was 12.62% and in midldle school students was 32.16%, and there was a positive correlation between rates and school ages. Conclusion In pupils and middle school students the decayed teeth, dysopsia and tuberculosis still are important diseases needing active prevention and treatment, our schools, families and society should think much of them. ......
