     摘要：目的探讨核因子κB(NFκB)在上颌窦鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与主要临床指标间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测42例上颌窦鳞状细胞癌和20例正常上颌窦粘膜组织中NFκB的表达情况。结果 20例正常上颌窦粘膜组织中NFκB表达全部为阴性，42例上颌窦鳞状细胞癌中28例NFκB表达上调。NFκB的表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移之间无明显相关性，而与组织分化程度显著相关，低分化上颌窦鳞状细胞癌NFκB的表达较中、高度分化上颌窦鳞状细胞癌明显增高(P<0.05)。结论 NFκB的表达在上颌窦鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起一定作用，NFκB可能成为上颌窦鳞状细胞癌治疗的新靶点。

    Nuclear FactorKappa B (NFkB ) Expression in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Maxillary Sinus

    ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate nuclear factorkappa B (NFκB) gene expression and its clinical significance in squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus. Methods 42 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus and 20 mucosa blockes from normal maxillary sinus was assayed using immunohistochemical SP method for detection of NFκB protein expression level. Results NFκB was negative in all 20 normal mucosa specimens, and it was positive in 28 of 42 squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus. The expression of NFκB did not correlate with tumor stage and lymph node metastasis; but correlate significantly with differentiation grade of the carcinoma.A significantly higher positive rate was found in poorly differentiated tumors than in moderate and well differentiated ones. Conclusion NFκB may play an important role in the process of carcinogenesis in mucosa of maxillary sinus and becomes the new target for treating squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus. ......
