【摘要】 目的 观察玉洁神女士护理液的体外杀精作用和对精子膜功能的影响，以初步评价该药液作为预防生殖道感染和外用避孕双重功效应用的可能性。方法 将正常新鲜已液化精液与不同浓度的玉洁神女士护理液直接充分混合，分别在10min和20min时40倍显微镜下镜检，测定各组的精子存活率和精子尾肿率。无药液作用的为空白对照组。结果 实验组的精子存活率和精子尾肿率均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)，且该杀精作用随药液浓度的降低而减弱(P<0.01)，而与药液作用时间(10min和20min)的长短无关(P>0.05)。结论 玉洁神女士护理液有明显的杀精作用，作为预防生殖道感染和外用避孕双重功效药物的应用是可行的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Yujieshen women’s care lotion on sperm killing and sperm membrane function to preliminarily assess the possibility of its clinical use in RIT prevention and contraception. Methods Normal liquefied fresh semen were treated with Yujieshen women’s care lotion in different concentration within 10 min and 20 min, respectively and observed under microscopy(40×); the sperm vitality and percentage of sperm tail swelling were counted, untreated semen samples were served as control. Results Sperm vitality and percentage of sperm tail swelling were significantly lower in treated samples than that in untreated samples (P<0.01); the spermicidal effect decreased with the concentration of the medicated lotion (P<0.01); no difference was noticed between 10 min and 20 min of treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Yujieshen women’s care lotion possesses obvious spermicidal effect, it is feasible to use in RIT prevention and contraception. ......
