鱼腥草药材中黄酮苷类成分的HPLC指纹图谱研究

     摘 要 目的 建立鱼腥草药材黄酮苷类成分的HPLC指纹图谱。方法 采用梯度洗脱法,对鱼腥草药材进行HPLC测定,流动相为甲醇0.1%磷酸线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为320 nm;记录时间:60 min。采用中国药典委员会出版的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(版本:2004A)进行比较计算。 结果 运用梯度洗脱能很好的分离鱼腥草的各种成分,通过软件的比较,鱼腥草药材的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90。结论 本文所建立的方法可作为鱼腥草药材中黄酮苷类成分的指纹图谱。

    HPLC for fingerprint analysis of flavone glycosides from Houttuynia cordatd Thunb

    A bstract Objective To obtain HPLC fingerprint of flavone glycosides from Houttuynia cordatd Thunb. Methods Houttuynia cordatd Thunb was extracted with methanol in a microwave system. Then, the extracts were analyzed on a HPLC column using gradient elution with methanol0.1% phosphoric acid under the detection wavelength of 320 nm. The spectra were compared with a software “Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM” published by GPC (Version 2004A). Result and Conclusion Flavone glycosides from Houttuynia cordatd Thunb were well separated by HPLC with a high similarity (90%) to the standard, suggesting that this HPLC method could be used to obtain the fingerprint of flavone glycosides from Houttuynia cordatd Thunb. ......
