小柴胡泡腾片质量标准的研究

     摘要:目的 制定新药小柴胡泡腾片的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法。结果 柴胡在适当的展开剂中Rf值分别为0.59、0.71和0.77时有明显的斑点,甘草在适当的展开剂中Rf值分别为0.50、0.52和0.79时有明显的斑点,生姜在适当的展开剂中Rf值分别为0.28、0.31和0.56时有明显的斑点。结论 柴胡、甘草和生姜的薄层层析鉴别可以作为小柴胡泡腾片的定性标准,高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷的含量可以作为小柴胡泡腾片的定量标准。

    The research of quality standard on Xiaochaihu effervescent tablet

    Abstract: Objective To work out the quality standards of the new medicine Xiaochaihu effervescent tablet.Methods The identificaition of composition was carried out with TLC. The determination of content of baicalin was performed with HPLC. Results The Rf of Radix Bupleuri was 0.59、0.71、0.77 in proper solution, the Rf of Radix Glycyrrhizae was 0.50、0.52、0.79 in proper solution, the Rf of Ginger was 0.28、0.31、0.56、0.82. Conclusion The identification of Radix Bupleuri, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Ginger in Xiaochaihu Effervecent Tables that had been carried out with TLC could be used to control the quality of Xiaochaihu Effervescent Tablet. The content of baicalin that determined by HPLC could be used to control the quantity of Xiaochaihu effervescent tablet. ......
