     摘要对5，6-二甲氧基吲哚的合成工艺进行了改进。以 3，4-二甲氧基苯甲醛为起始原料，经过烷基化、硝化、环合反应，合成5，6-二甲氧基吲哚。该方法简单，原料易得，收率为28.4%，适合于工业生产。

    Improvement of the technique of synthesis of 5,6dimethoxyindole

    Abstract Objective: To improve the technique of the synthesis of 5,6dimethoxyindole. Methods: 5,6dimethoxyindole was synthesized from 3,4dimethoxybenzaldehyde by alkylation 、nitration and cyclization.Result: The overall yield was 28.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple and can be applied in the industrial production.
