卡维地洛对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者尿微量白蛋白治疗的探讨

     摘要目的：探讨β受体阻断剂卡维地洛对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者尿微量白蛋白(UA)的治疗作用。方法：将42例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者在使用降糖药的基础上加用β受体阻断剂卡维地洛，观察尿微量白蛋白的变化。结果：用药2周和4周后2型糖尿病合并高血压患者尿微量白蛋白与治疗前相比较有显著差异。结论：β受体阻断剂卡维地洛能减少2型糖尿病合并高血压患者尿微量白蛋白。

    A Study of carvedilol in the treatment of microalbuminuria in patients of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension

    Abstract Objective: study the therapeutic efficacy of carvedilol,a breceptor blocker,on the microalbuminuria (UMA) in patients of type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. Methods: observe the variations of UMA in 42 patients of type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension after treatment with carvedilol concomitant with oral hypoglycemics. Results: UMA levels indicate significant differences after two weeks and four weeks of multitherapy compared with the pretreatment conditions. Conclusion: carvedilol,a breceptor blocker,can improve UMA levels in patients of type II diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension. ......
