     摘要目的：为养血补肾口服液建立专属性含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对2，3，5，4′四羟基二苯乙烯2OβD葡萄糖苷进行了含量测定，采用Kromasil C18柱，流动相为ψ(乙腈∶水)=25∶75。结果：线性范围0.03392～2.7136μg，平均回收率为9837%，RSD=1.00%(n=5)。结论：本法操作简便，易行，具有实用性。

    Determination of 2，3，5，4′tetrahydroxystibene2OβDglucosid in Yangxue Bushen Oral Liquids by HPLC

    Abstract Objective:A quality control method was eatablished for Yangxue Bushen Oral Liquids. Method:The 2，3，5，4′tetrahydroxystibene2OβDgoucosid was detemined by HPLC with a Kromasil C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile water solution(25∶75).Results:The method was linear within the range from 0.03392 to 2.7136μg,the average recovery was 98.37%,and the RSD was 1.00%.Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple and accurate.
