【摘要】 目的 观察门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸(瑞甘)、促肝细胞生长素(威佳)、立其丁联合用药治疗慢性乙型肝炎合并高胆红素血症的疗效。方法 将58例慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)合并高胆红素血症的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，观察治疗前及治疗后3周、6周时，临床症状、体征及血清胆红素(TBIL)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、血清白蛋白(ALB)的变化。结果 治疗组临床症状和体征改善快，血清胆红素、ALT、γ-GT下降优于对照组。结论 联合治疗可保护肝细胞膜稳定性，改善肝组织的微循环，有利于肝细胞的能量供应，疏通了毛细胆管，促进胆汁排泄。改善瘀胆状态，缩短病程，提高治愈率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of L-Ornithine-l-aspartate,PHGF,phentolamine on treating CHB acompanied with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 58 patients were randomly divided into treatment group or control group.The changes of clinical symptoms,body signs,TBIL,ALT,γ-GT,ALB were observed before and 3 weeks,6 weeks after therapy.Results The clinical symptoms and body sign of the treatment gnoup was improved rapidly.TBIL,ALT and γ-GT dropped fastly than that of the control group.Conclusion Combined therapy can protect the stability of liver cell ......
