摘要：目的：总结小脑肿瘤误诊的常见原因，以提高本病的早期确诊率。方法：回顾性分析13例小脑肿瘤误诊的临床资料。结果：误诊主要与早期临床表现不典型，体检不仔细以及临床缺乏综合分析病情有关。结论：早期小脑肿瘤容易误诊，临床医生应该提高对本病的认识。

    A Cause Analysis of Misdiagnosis of Cerebellar Tumor

    Abstract： Objective: To summarize the common causes of misdiagnosis of cerebellar tumor, so as to raise the rate of early confirmed diagnosis of the illness. Method: Retrospectively reviewing and analyzing clinical data of 13 cases of misdiagnosis of cerebellar tumor. Result: The causes of misdiagnosis are mainly related to untypical manifestations of the illness in its early stage, lack of careful physical examination and lack of comprehensive clinical analysis. Conclusion: Cerebellar tumor in the early stage tends to be misdiagnosed, clinicians must develop awareness of the illness.
