[摘要]目的：通过16例脂肪栓塞综合征患者发生的情况,探讨其早期的诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性的分析1 576例创伤性骨折患者，发生脂肪栓塞综合征16例。结果：经过早期的诊断和及时的处理，16例患者全部治愈。结论：对于创伤性骨折，尤其是要警惕脂肪栓塞综合征的发生，并及时处理。[关键词] 骨折；栓塞；脂肪；综合征

Abstract:Objective To investigate early diagnosis and treatment fat embolism syndrome through 16case.Methods To review 1 576 traumatic fracture case ，they develop 16 case from fat embolism syndrome.Results The 16patients are cured through early diagnosis and effective treatment.Conclusion We are careful of development of fat embolism syndrome post fracture and Promptly treat.
