     摘要:如何科学地管理高校运动队，提高运动成绩，是高校课余训练面临着一个重要的课题。多年来，我校通过对运动队实施目标管理，根据学校的实际情况，采取确定运动队目标，建立管理组织体系，制定和实施有效的目标管理办法等，并取得很好的训练效果。
