关木通中马兜铃酸A的高效毛细管电泳电导法测定

     摘 要 目的 测定关木通中马兜铃酸 A的含量。方法 采用高效毛细管电泳电导检测法,研究运行缓冲液的种类、浓度、pH值、电泳电压及进样时间等对电泳的影响。结果 在选定的条件下,马兜铃酸A在9.9~59.4 μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.3%,方法精密度(RSD)为2.39%(n=6)。结论 该法可用于关木通中马兜铃酸A的含量测定。

    Abstract Objective and Method High performance capillary electrophoresis was conducted to determine the content of aristolochic acid in Manshurian aristolochia stem. The effects of buffer content, ionic strength, pH, separation voltage and electrokinetic injection on the separation efficiency were investigated.
