高效液相色谱法测定黄毛耳草中槲皮素的含量

     摘要:目的 建立黄毛耳草中槲皮素含量的测定方法。方法 色谱柱:ODS Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm);柱温:35 ℃;流动相:甲醇0. 4 %磷酸 (体积比45∶55),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:365 nm。结果 槲皮素进样量在0.005~0.045 μg 范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997),回收率99.88 %,RSD 0.58 %。结论 本法简便,结果可靠,可用于黄毛耳草及其制剂的质量控制。

    HPLC for content measurement of quercetin in Hedyotis chrysoticha

    (Wuhu Institute for Drug Control,Wuhu 241001,China)Abstract: Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of quercetin in Hedyotis chrysoticha (Palib.) Merr. Methods HPLC method was carried on Kromasil C18 column using methanol0.4% phosphoric acid (45∶55) as the mobile phase under the detection wavelength of 365 nm.Results The calibration curve for quercetin was linear in the range of 0.005-0.045μg. The average recovery was 99.88 % with RSD 0.58 %. Conclusions The method is simple,convenient and reliable for quality control of Hedyotis chrysoticha (Palib.) Merr.
