乳腺癌中RIZ1的表达及其临床意义初探

[摘要]目的 研究RIZ1基因mRNA表达的改变与乳腺癌发生及与患者相关临床和病理特征之间的关系。方法 采用半定量RTPCR方法检测34例乳腺癌标本及相应癌旁组织、15例乳腺良性肿瘤RIZ1基因mRNA的表达状况，并结合相关指标进行分析。结果 RIZ1基因mRNA在乳腺癌中的表达明显低于癌旁乳腺组织与乳腺良性肿瘤组织，差异均有显著性(均P<0.05)。RIZ1基因mRNA在乳腺癌中的表达与年龄、肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移、激素受体(ER)状况无相关关系(均P>0.05)。结论：RIZ1基因mRNA表达降低可能与乳腺癌的发生相关。[关键词]乳腺肿瘤；基因表达；RIZ1

Southeast University, Nanjing 210009, China) Abstract：Objective To investigate the relationship between RIZ1 mRNA expression change in human breast cancerous tissues and tumorigenesis, as well as related clinical and pathological factors. Methods Semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was performed to detect the expression of RIZ1 mRNA in 34 cases of human breast cancerous tissues with their paracancerous tissues and 15 cases of human benign breast tumor tissues. The significance was analyzed between such data and related clinical and pathological factors. Results Lower expression of RIZ1 mRNA in the breast cancerous tissues can been found, compared with that in their paracancerous tissues (P<0.05) or in the benign tumor tissues (P<0.05) , and has no directly proportion to patient ages, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and ER status (P>0.05, respectively). Conclusion The lower expression of RIZ1 mRNA may be correlated to the occurrence of breast cancer. ......
