[摘要] 目的:观察芬太尼复合咪唑安定在胃镜检查中应用的有效性和安全性。方法:212例ASAⅠ级～Ⅱ级行胃镜检查病人随机分为两组:药物组(A组,n=110)给予芬太尼1 μg/kg复合咪唑安定0.04 mg/kg～0.06 mg/kg静脉麻醉；对照组(B组,n=102)不给予任何麻醉药物。观察记录两组病人在胃镜检查前、中、后心率(HR)、血压(BP)、SPO2、病人反应、检查时间及成功率。结果:A组HR、BP、舒适度、检查时间及成功率均明显优于B组(P<0.01)，两组SPO2无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:芬太尼复合咪唑安定用于胃镜检查舒适、有效、安全。[关键词] 芬太尼;咪唑安定;胃镜检查
Application of Fentanyl and Midazolam in Gastroscopy

Abstract：Objective To observe the efficacy and safety offentanyl and midazolam applied to gastroscpy.Methods 212 ASAⅠ～Ⅱ cases undergoing gastroscopy were divided randomly into drug group(A,n=110) and contrast group(B,n=102).A bolus dose of fentanyl 1 μg/kg and midazolam 0.04 mg/kg~0.06 mg/kg had been given IV before the examination in the drug group.No anesthetics was given in the contrast group in the whole examination.Changes in circulatory system,the reaction of patients,operating time and successful rate were observed and recorded before,during and after the examination.Results HR BP comfortableness operating time and successful rate in drug group were significantly superior (P<0.01).The SpO2 was stable in both groups during examination (P>0.05).Conclusion The use of fentanyl and medazolam is efficient and safe in patients undergoing gastroscopy. ......
