[摘要] 目的：观察罗红霉素与长效β2受体激动剂联合治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法：对45例诊断为支气管哮喘中重度持续的患儿给予罗红霉素口服及沙美特罗吸入联合治疗。观察病人治疗前、治疗1周及治疗3周时PEF值、哮喘症状计分、患儿对治疗的主观感受及治疗过程的不良事件。结果：治疗1周时PEF值，哮喘症状计分与治疗前相比显著改善(P<0.01),治疗3周时症状及肺功能进一步改善。结论：罗红霉素联合沙美特罗治疗儿童哮喘具有疗程短、疗效高、使用方便等优点。[关键词] 哮喘；儿童；罗红霉素；沙美特罗
Efficacy Evaluation of Roxithromycin and Salmeterol Combinated Treatment for Asthmatic Children

Abstract:Objective To expore the clinical effect of combinated used roxithromycin and long 2agonist for asthmotic children.Methods Fortyfive children with moderate or severe persistent asthma were theated with roxithromycin and salmeterol.The PEF value and the mark according the symptom of asthma before and after treatent(a week and three weeks respectively) wererecorded.Thesubjective feeling and accident of patients also be paid attention.Rusults There was significant difference (P<0.01) before and 1 week after treatent according PEF value and the mark of asthmatic symptom.Improrement of sympom lung function were presented after treatent with roxithromycin and salmeterol for three weeks.Conclusion Combinated used of roxithromycin and salmeterol is more effective,less duration and more easier for use. ......
