富含支链复方氨基酸注射液中N乙酰L半胱氨酸的含量测定

     摘要目的：采用分光光度法测定富含支链复方氨基酸注射液中N

    乙酰L半胱氨酸的含量。方法：以4氯代7硝基苯并呋喃的碱性缓

    冲液(pH=8.3)为显色剂；检测波长为423 nm。结果：N乙酰L半胱氨

    酸在0.04~0.17 mg/mL质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系，回归方程为

    Y=4.7253ρ-0.0172(r=0.9999)；平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=1.46%，n=9)。

    结论：方法简便、快速、准确；适用于产品的质量控制。

    The determination of NacetylLcysteine in compound amino

    Abstract Objective: To determine NacetylLcysteine in

    compound amino acid injection by spectrophotometry.Methods: Base

    buffer of 4chloro7nitrobenzofurazan(pH=8.3) was used as

    developer with the detection wavelength at 423 nm.Results: The

    calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.04~0.17 mg/mL,

    with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999(n=9) and the

    regression equation being Y=4.7253X-0.0172;the average recovery

    was 100.1%(RSD=1.46% ......
