药用真菌桑黄液体发酵工艺的研究

     摘 要 目的:研究不同培养基、不同培养条件对桑黄菌丝生长的影响。方法:通过液体发酵培养,并利用L9(34)正交试验筛选出了桑黄液体发酵的优化培养基。结果与结论:玉米粉为最佳碳源,麸皮为最佳氮源,优化培养基配方为:玉米粉5%、麸皮3%、磷酸二氢钾0.3%、硫酸镁0.15%、维生素B1 20μg/100 mL、维生素B2 30μg/100 mL;最适菌丝体生长的液体发酵条件为:培养温度为26 ℃,摇瓶转速130 r/min,pH值6.5,接种量15%~20%,种子液培养时间为5 d,装液量(500 mL三角瓶)为140 mL,发酵时间为7 d。
