薄层扫描法测定喉舒宁片中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量

     摘要目的采用双波长薄层扫描法测定喉舒宁片中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。方法薄层板为硅胶GF254薄层板，以ψ(氯仿∶无水乙醇)=19∶1为展开剂，以263 nm为测定波长，370 nm为参比波长。结果脱水穿心莲内酯在1.001~5.005 μg范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0.9991，平均回收率为101.0% (RSD=2.0%)。结论该方法可用于测定喉舒宁片中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。

    TLC scanning for the determination of dehydroandrographolide in Houshuning tablet

    Abstract Objective To determine Dehydroandrographolide in Houshuning Tablet by TLCS. Methods Dehydroandrographolide in Herba Andrographis was determined by TLCS,ψ(Chloroform∶Ethanol,Absolute)=19∶1was used as development. Results The linear relationship was at the range of 1.001~5.005 μg(r=0.9991).The average recovery was 101.0%(RSD=2.0%). Conclusion The methods can control the quality of this preparation effectively.
