大孔树脂富集纯化岗梅根中总皂苷的研究

     摘 要 目的:研究大孔树脂富集、纯化岗梅根总皂苷的工艺条件及参数。方法:以岗梅根总皂苷的洗脱率和精制度为指标考察了大孔树脂富集、纯化岗梅根总皂苷的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果:岗梅根提取液47.3 mL上柱,依次用100 mL蒸馏水洗去水溶性杂质,100 mL 70%乙醇洗脱总皂苷,总皂苷富集在70%的部分,且去除杂质的能力强。结论:通过大孔树脂富集与纯化后的总皂苷洗脱率在90%以上,纯化后总固型物中岗梅根总皂苷含量为62.98%。采用此法可以较好地纯化岗梅根总皂苷。

    Study on purification process of total saponin of radix ilicis asprellae with macroreticular resin

    Abstract Objective: to study the technological conditions and parameters of the purification process of total saponin of Radix Ilicis Asprellae with macroreticular resin. Methods: the adsorptive characteristics and elusive parameters of the process were studied by taking the elusive and purified ratio of total saponin as reference. Results: 47.5 mL of the extractive of Radix Ilicis Asprellae was purified with a column of macroreticular resin and washed with 100 mL of distilled water, then eluted with 100 mL of 70% ethanol. Conclusions: with macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify, the elusive ratio of total saponin was above 90% and the purity reached 62.98%. So theapplying of macroreticular resin to adsorb and purify total saponin of Radix Ilicis Asprellae is feasible. ......
