摘 要 目的:合成卟啉衍生物。方法:通过酸解反应从叶绿素a得到焦脱镁叶绿酸a,羧基保护后插入Zn2+形成金属配合物,采用2,3二氯5,6二氰1,4苯醌(DDQ)对C17C18氧化脱氢,然后脱去甲基,合成得到卟啉衍生物。结果:用DDQ脱氢氧化叶绿素系列化合物的C17C18单键形成双键,从而合成卟啉类化合物。结论:该方法条件温和、简便、副产物较少,是一个值得深入研究的方法。关键词 卟吩;脱氢反应;叶绿素
Synthesis of porphyrin derivative from pyropheophytina by 17,18-dehydrogenation

Abstract Objective:To synthesize porphyrin derivative. Methods: Pyropheophytina was obtained through acidic degradation from chlorophylla and then complexed with Zn2+. The obtained compound was dehydrogenated by DDQ. Results: The C17-C18single bond of chlorophylla was dehydrogenated with DDQ to form double bond, and the porphyrin derivative was obtained. Conclusion: DDQ is a good dehydrogenating oxidant. The reaction conditions are mild,simple and efficient.
