     摘要目的建立龟鹿补肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定龟鹿补肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量,采用C18柱,以ψ(水∶乙腈∶四氢呋喃∶冰醋酸)=755∶230∶10∶5为流动相,检测波长270 nm。结果平均加样回收率为98.19% ,RSD为1.2% 。结论本法简便、准确。适用于龟鹿补肾胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。

    ADetermination of Icariin in Guilubushen capsules by HPLC

Methods HPLC method was used for determination of icariin in Guilubushen Capsules with C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile -tetrahydrofuranglacial acetic acid (755∶230∶10∶5) and detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Results the average recovery was 98.19% and RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used in icariin assay of Guilubushen Capsules.
