褶合光谱法测定好得快气雾剂中两组分的含量

     摘要目的：建立好得快气雾剂中利多卡因和醋酸氯己定的含量测定方法。方法：采用褶合光谱法，不经分离同时测定两组分的含量。结果：利多卡因和醋酸氯己定的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.45%、1.34%和100.3%、0.87%。结论：该法准确、简便、快速。

    Determination of lidocaine and chlorhexidine acetate in SPEEDY aerosol by convolution spectrum method

    Abstract Objective:To establish a method for determining Lidocaine and Chlorhexidine Acetate in SPEEDY Aerosol. Methods:The convolution spectrum methods was applied to the quantitative determination of the two components without separation. Results:The average recovery was 99.45% and RSD was 1.34% for Lidocaine,the average recovery was 100.3% and RSD was 0.87% for Chlorhexidine Acetate.Conclusions:The method is accuracy,simple and rapid. ......
