红霉素对哮喘豚鼠IL2、IL6的影响

     摘要:目的 通过研究红霉素对哮喘豚鼠白细胞介素2(IL2)和白细胞介素6(IL6)的影响,探讨红霉素治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法 将豚鼠随机抽样分成三组:哮喘组、红霉素组和对照组,每组8只。哮喘组先用10%卵清蛋白(OVA)生理盐水注射于豚鼠的腹腔,使豚鼠致敏,第14天后用1%OVA雾化吸入激发豚鼠哮喘发作;红霉素组致敏处理同哮喘组,并于激发前30min和激发后6h分别腹腔注射红霉素;对照组用生理盐水代替0VA,处理方法同哮喘组。上述各组均于激发24小时后将豚鼠处死,取其肺组织匀浆,应用放射免疫技术检测其IL2、IL6的含量。结果 哮喘组肺组织匀浆IL2、IL6的含量明显高于对照组和红霉素组,P值分别<0.01和<0.05;红霉素组与对照组IL2、IL6的含量无明显差异,P值均>0.05。结论 红霉素可能通过降低哮喘豚鼠IL2、IL6水平,以达到控制哮喘的目的。

    The Effects of Erythromycin on

    ABSTRACT:Objective To study the mechanism of effect of erythromycin on IL2 and IL6 levels in asthmatic guinea pigs. Methods The guinea pigs were divided randomly into three groups: the asthma group(n=8), the erythromycin group(n=8) and the control group(n=8). The animals of asthma group were sensitized by intraabdominal injection with 10% ovalbumin(OVA) and induced by inhaling the fog of 10%OVA 14 days later. In erythromycin group the animals were sensitized by the same way as above, and were intraabdominally injected with erythromycin half an hour before and six hours after the sensitization.In the control group the animals were given with NS 24 hours after sensitization.The animals of all three groups were killed and the lung tissues were taken out and made into 10% homogenates respectively . The concentrations of IL2 and IL6 in the homogenates were measured by radioimmunity technique.Results The concentrations of IL2 and IL6 in lung tissues homogenate in asthma group were higher than that in control and erythromycin groups (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). These concentrations in erythromycin group were lower than asthma group (P<0.01), and there was not significant difference between the erythromycin and control groups (P>0.05). conclusion Erythromycin may be can control asthma by reducing the IL2 and IL6 levels in asthmatic guinae pigs. ......
