特殊部位硬膜下血肿的CT、MRI诊断

【摘要】 目的 分析大脑镰、小脑幕硬膜下血肿的CT、MRI表现，提高其诊断准确率。方法 回顾性分析总结60例大脑镰、小脑幕硬膜下血肿的CT和MRI资料。结果 60例中发生于单侧55例，双侧5例；大脑镰硬膜下血肿25例表现为条索状，10例呈小带状，发生于两侧4例，MRI表现为双轨征，小脑幕下血肿7例呈片状，5例呈扇形，MRI表现为片带状高信号影，小脑幕并大脑镰硬膜下血肿6例呈“Y”形，3例呈镰刀状。结论 通过60例大脑镰、小脑幕硬膜下血肿的CT、MRI表现的比较分析，得到了进一步的认识，有助于提高诊断符合率，MRI在定位诊断方面优于CT。【关键词】 血肿，硬膜下；脑；体层摄影，X线计算机；磁共振成像

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate CT and MRI features of subdural hematomas at cerebal falxand cerebellum.Methods CT and MRI findings and data of 60 cases with subdural hematlmas atcerebral falx or tentorium of cerebellum were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 60 cases,55 cases were unilateral,5 cases was bilateral.25 cases of cerebral flax subdural hematomas presented as strip-shaped,10cases presented as little-belt shaped,4 bilateral cases through MRI presented as U-shaped,7 cases of cerebellar tentorium hematomas presented as flakes,5 cases presented as fan-shaped.On MRI scan,the high-density lesions displayed patchy.Of the cases of subdural hematomas at cerebal falx ac-companied with cerebellum,6 cases presented as“Y” shape,3 cases presented as falciform.Conclusion Through the analysis and comparison of CT amd MRI data of 60 cases with subdural hematomas at cerebral falx or tentorium of cerebellum,we get more and further knowledge about MRI can provide correct diagnosis by combining imaging and clinic contributing to eleviating diagnositic rate,and MRI is superior to CT in qualitative diagnosis. ......
