【摘要】 目的 探讨盖氏骨折骨不连的相关因素及治疗。方法 本组21例盖氏骨折骨不连患者，采用AO有限接触动力加压接骨板(LC-DCP)固定术，治疗同时行自体骨植骨。结果 随访6～24个月，21例均获骨性愈合，功能满意。结论 影响盖氏骨折骨不连的主要因素是由于对盖氏骨折认识不足，首次手术时内固定的选材、术者操作技术及术后管理不当，从而导致骨不愈合；选择AO的3.5mm LC-DCP行内固定术，并以准确的操作技术为保证，术后加强管理，正确指导功能锻炼是治疗盖氏骨折骨不连的有效对策。

    Relative factors and treatment of the ununited fractures of Galeazzi fracture

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the possible causes and treatment of nonunion of fractures of Galeazzi fracture.Methods 21 cases of the nonunion fractures of Galeazzi fracture were treated with internal fixations of LC-DCP, autologus spongy bone transplantation.Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months. All the cases had bony union, and 18 cases(85.7%)obtained satisfactory functional rehabilitation.Conclusion The major causes that may lead to the nonunion of Galeazzi fracture are improper internal fixation,security of internal fixation, and improper early movement. Proper internal fixation, autologus spongy bone transplantation are eftective in treatment of the nonunion of the fracture and in the functional rehahililalion of the forearms. ......
