【摘要】 目的 评价超声引导下穿刺注射五倍子硬化剂治疗子宫肌瘤临床价值。方法 经超声引导下穿刺活检、病理证实子宫肌瘤50例，在超声实时监视下瘤内注射五倍子硬化剂，于治疗后6个月超声复查，并再次穿刺活检，观察疗效。结果 50例经1～3次注射治疗，瘤内血流消失，瘤体缩小，穿刺活检病理证实瘤内组织细胞坏死。结论 超声引导下穿刺注射五倍子硬化剂治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全简便、疗效确切的有效微创方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clincal value in the treatment of hysteromyoma with injection of gallic sclerosing preparation under ultrasound-guided puncturing.Methods 50 cases were confirmed as hysteromyomas through biopsy.Under real-time ultrasonographic inspection,gallic sclerosing preparation was injected into hysteromyoma,ultrasonographic examinations again were taken 1、3、6 month later to observe the curative effect.Results Blood flow in hysteromyomas disappeared and the sizes of hysteromyomas became smaller.Pathology of biopsy tissue were showed that necrosis were found in hysteromyomas.Conclusion For the treatment of hysteromyoma,injection of gallic sclerosed preparation under ultrasound-guided puncturing is a safe,simple,effective and micro-invasive method. ......
