【摘要】 目的 报告一组经右腋下、小切口浅低温，心脏跳动下心内直视手术的方法及结果。方法 1997年5月～2004年12月，为31例先天性心脏病患者在心脏跳动下完成了心内畸形矫正术。平均切口长度(10±1.27)cm。平均体外循环时间(40±15)min。结果 术后除1例患者有残余分流外；余病人均恢复满意。平均随访时间13个月，患者心功能良好，无并发症。结论 右腋切口浅低温不停跳心内直视手术对一些简单先心病是一种安全、可靠、美观、微创、经济的手术方法。

    The clinic using of intracardiac operation by right subaxillary small incision with hypothermic heart beating

    【Abstract】 Objective To report a group of the clinic using of intracardiac operations by right subaxillary small incision with hypothermic heart beating.Methods From 1997 to 2004,forty congenital heart disease had been performed endocardiac teratogenic orthopedic operation with hypothermic heart beating.The average incision length is (10±1.27)cm.The average time of extracorporeal circulation is (40±15)minutes.Results The patients all have a satisfactory prognosis after operations except those patient with remainder shunt.The average visiting time is thirteen monthes.Conclusion The intracardiac operations by right subaxillary small incision with hypothermic heart beating is a economical and secure methods to the simple congenital heart disease. ......
