     [摘要] 目的：探讨健康教育对老年高血压病人生活质量影响。方法：对2003年6月至2004年6月在我科住院的120例老年高血压病人，从饮食、运动、心理、药物等各方面给予健康指导。结果：健康教育后患者机体、生活质量及健康行为明显提高，与健康教育前比较，均P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：对老年高血压病人在药物治疗的同时进行有效的健康教育是控制高血压病，提高病人生活质量切实有效的措施。

    Health Education Effects the Life Quality of Old High Blood Pressure Patients

    Abstract：Objective Discuss how health education effects the old high blood pressure patients.Methods 120 oldaged high blood pressure patients who were in hospital in my department during June 2003 to June 2004 were guided from diet、sports、psychology、medications etc.Result After the health education,the economy,life quality and health behavior of the patients were obviously improved.Compared with prehealth education, it was P<0.05.The difference has statistical meaning.Conclusions When the old high blood pressure patients are cured with medications, they are given effective health education.This is an effective way to control high blood pressure and improve patient’s life quality. ......
