     摘要以2吡咯烷酮为母体化合物，设计合成了5个α乙基[(2氧)1]吡咯烷乙酰胺衍生物，均未见文献报道，其结构经理化性质、元素分析、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱确证。

    Abstract With 2pyrrolidone as the leading compound, 5 derivatives of αethyl[(2oxo)1]pyrrolidineacetamide were designed and synthesized,which were not previously reported. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,MS spectra and 1HNMR.

    引言

    自1972年第一个吡咯烷酮类促智药吡拉西坦(Piracetam,又名脑复康)上市以来，国内外学者对该类药物的研究已有了很大的进展。目前，国内外已上市和正在开发的该类药物有阿尼西坦(Aniracetam)、普拉西坦(Pramiracetam)、奥拉西坦(Oxiracetam)、奈非西坦(Nefiracetam)、依苗西坦(Imuracetam)、都拉西坦(Dupracetam)、艾替西坦(Etiracetam)、哌拉西坦(Piperacetam)等 ......
