     Preparation of 188ReAS and its distribution in mice

    【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the method of 188Re direct labeling of angiostatin (AS) and investigate the stability of 188ReAS in vitro and its distribution in mice.METHODS: AS was synthesized, validated, then labeled with 188Re after being reduced by SnCl2. Labeling efficiency was measured by paper chromatography. The stability of 188ReAS was observed when BSA, saline and different molar ratios of Cys: AS was added separately. RESULTS: The labeled efficiency can reach 763% for the SnCl2reduced approach. The best experimental condition was described below: AS100 μg,20 g/L SnCl2 (dissolved in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid)200 μL, 01 mol/L sodium tartrate (dissolved in 005 mol/L hydrochloric acid), and then 188ReO437 MBq was added. There was high liver and kidney uptake and the radiotracer excreted through renal. CONCLUSION: 188Re direct labeling of AS is simple and efficient. 188ReAS is stable in vitro. ......
