第1跖骨籽骨脱位与⻊母外翻的相关性

摘 要：[目的]探讨第1跖骨籽骨系统在⻊母外翻发生发展中的作用。[方法]选取正常足100只，⻊母外翻足82只，拍摄负重位足部X线片，测量⻊母外翻角(hallux valgus angle,HVA)，第1、2跖骨间角(first intermetatarsal angle,IMA)，籽骨到第2跖骨轴线的距离，第2跖骨的长度，分析籽骨脱位与⻊母外翻的相关性。[结果]正常足和⻊母外翻足籽骨与第2跖骨轴线的距离与第2跖骨长度的比值分别为035±002，039±003(P>005)，正常足籽骨位置不同分级之间与HVA和IMA无明显相关性，在⻊母外翻足中籽骨脱位与HVA、IMA明显相关。[结论]第1跖骨籽骨系统在⻊母外翻的发生发展中起重要作用，在行⻊母外翻矫正术时应注意籽骨系统的矫正。关键词：⻊母外翻； 籽骨； 脱位； 病因
