     [摘要] 目的：探讨人类多肽:N乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族成员间的同源性,揭示其进化规律。方法：采用生物信息学软件和网上数据库对核酸蛋白质序列进行同源比较,结构域分析和进化树绘制。结果：人类多肽:N乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族一级结构、二级结构均有较高的同源性,系统进化树显示各成员来源于同一祖先并在不同时期分野。结论：各成员来自于同一祖先的同一家族,其进化方式属于趋异性进化。

    Study on the Evolutional Relationship Among the Member

    of hppGalNAcT Family

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore homology in hppGalNAcT family. Methods： The sequences of hppGalNAcT family were analyzed using bioinformatics soft and online data base, and phylogenetic tree was also constructed. Result： hppGalNAcT family shared a high identity, the phylogenetic tree showed that they were derived from a common ancestor at different times. Conclusion： hppGalNAcTs came from common ancestor, but they had many differences and evolutioned in a divergence way. ......
