葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘 要目的: 探讨葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:对90例冠心病心绞痛的患者随机分观察组45例，对照组45例。观察组以葛根素400mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静脉滴注，对照组采用复方极化液250ml静脉滴注，疗程均为14天。结果：观察组45例中显效15例，有效23例，无效7例，总有效率为84.4%；对照组显效8例，有效16例，无效21例，总有效率53.3%，两组对比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论： 葛根素观察冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定，不良反应低，值得临床应用。

Clinical Observation of Puerarin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina

Abstract Objective :To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Puerarin in the treatment of ischemic heart disease and angina . Methods:90 patients with ischemic Heart Disease and angina were randomly divided into groups. The treatment group (n=45) was given with Puerarin iv drip of 400 mg mixed 250 ml of 5% glucose qd for 14 days .The control group (n=45) was treated with 250 ml magnesium polarized liquid iv drip qd for 14days .Results:The total response rate was 84.4% in the treatment group and 53.3% in the control group,respectivelyThere was sharp difference in the excellent results (15 vs 8),response result (23 vs 16) and no change (7 vs 21)were quite different between the two groupsConclusion : Puerarin is an effective and safe drug and suitable for the patients with ischemic Heart Disease and angina ......
