【摘要】 目的 凝聚胺技术目前在我国临床应用非常广泛，商业凝聚胺试剂越来越多，费用相对比较昂贵。本研究的目的就是建立稳定、可靠的改良凝聚胺技术应用于临床，降低临床费用。方法 将自制改良凝聚胺试剂与经典的抗人球蛋白对比，比较其灵敏度和特异性，同时应用于临床输血前标本抗体鉴定实验。结果 改良凝聚胺技术检测Rh血型系统的灵敏度比抗人球蛋白法高，其他差异无显著性。结论 自行研制的改良凝聚胺试剂是稳定可行的，应用于输血前临床标本检测，可以大大降低检测成本。

    【Abstract】 Objective Now the polybrene method has been used more and more wide in China，but almost all of them are commercial kits.In this study，we want to establish the stable and high efficacious polybrene method with home-made.Methods Compared home-made polybrene with antihuman globulin test(AHG) to study the home-made polybrene’s sensitivity and it’s specificity.Results The sensitivity of home-made polybrene to detect Rh system antibodies was higher than antihuman globulin test.The other antibodies were the same.Their specificity was the same.Conclusion Home-made polybrene was good.If we spread the method to hospital blood bank ......
