踝关节骨折的手术及康复治疗

     摘要：[目的]总结踝关节骨折的手术及康复方法及治疗效果。[方法]自1999年1月～2004年10月共手术治疗踝关节骨折患者126例，男81例，女45例，平均年龄36岁。根据DanisWeber分类，A型12例，B型86例，C型28例。采用BairdJackson系统评价临床疗效，随访1~5 a，平均18个月。[结果]优65例(52%)，良44例(35%)，可11例(9%)，差6例(5%)，优良率为8651%。[结论]手术治疗可取得满意的解剖复位，结合康复治疗可取得更好的临床疗效。其中手术时机、骨折分型、手术方法及康复治疗对于踝关节骨折的远期疗效十分重要。
