【摘要】 目的 分析Hunt综合征临床特征及诊断与治疗。方法 对我院1999～2004年收治的耳带状疱疹病例28例临床资料进行分析，主要包括诱因、临床表现、听力学检查等资料。结果 治愈13例，有效11例，无效4例。结论 Hunt综合征预后与早期诊断、用药、疱疹出现先后及面神经受损的部位、病变的严重程度都有直接关系。早期诊断及治疗可以提高治愈率。【关键词】 带状疱疹；面神经麻痹；Hunt综合征；临床特征

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the special clinical signs and symptoms of Hunts syndrome and its diagnosis and treatment.Methods 28 cases of Hunts syndrome admitted from 1999 to 2004 in our hospital were analysed of its etiology,special clinical signs and symptoms and the auditory test.Results Cured 13 cases.Effective 11 cases. No effect 4 cases.Conclusion The prognosis of Hunts syndrome is directly influenced by early diagnosis,medicine used,early or late appearance of herps zoster,the location of facial nerve damage,and the degree of seriousness of the disease.An early diagnosis and treatment may raise the cure rate. ......
