珍珠层粉和锌对兔眼球结膜微循环的影响

     摘 要 目的:研究珍珠层粉水解液和锌对兔眼球结膜微循环的影响以及预防近视的机理。方法:以注射高分子右旋糖酐和羊水所致球结膜的微循环障碍为模型,探讨珍珠层粉水解液和锌对微循环的影响。结果:珍珠层粉水解液和锌能疏通微循环,增加兔眼球结膜的毛细血管交叉点数,改善注射高分子右旋糖酐或注射羊水所致的兔眼球结膜微循环障碍和阻止微循环障碍的形成。结论:珍珠层粉水解液和锌能疏通微循环,这可能与珍珠层粉的明目作用有相关。

    Abstract Aim: To study effects of margaric hydrolysate and zinc on the microcirculation of the bulbar conjunctiva of rabbit eyes and the mechanism of the margaric hydrolysate and zinc in preventing myopia. Methods: The microcirculatory obstruction model of rabbit eyes was induced by injection of macromolecular dextrosan or amniotic fluid. Improvement effect of Margaric Hydrolysate and Zinc on microcirculatory obstruction of the bulbar conjunctiva in rabbit eyes was investigated.Results: margaric hydrolysate and zinc could improve the microcirculation and significantly increace the crosspoints in conjunctiva capillaries of rabbit eyes,preventing the microcirculatory obstruction induced by macromolecular dextrosan or amniotic fluid. Conclusion: margaric hydrolysate and zinc could improve microcirculation. This could account for the mechanism of margaric hydrolysate in preventing myopia. ......
