急性脑梗塞患者血管内皮生长因子水平的变化及临床意义

摘要： 目的：探讨急性脑梗塞患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的变化及VEGF在急性脑梗塞病理生理过程中的作用。方法： 采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫分析(ELISA)法对55例急性脑梗塞患者(急性脑梗塞组)和30例正常对照者(正常对照组)血清VEGF水平进行测定，在急性脑梗塞患者发病的第1、7、14天分别测定血清VEGF水平，并与正常对照组进行了比较，同时比较了不同族别、不同梗塞面积、不同梗塞部位以及不同神经功能评分的急性脑梗塞患者血清VEGF水平。结果：急性脑梗塞患者发病第1、7、14天的血清VEGF水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)；梗塞面积大的VEGF水平高于非大面积的VEGF水平，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，神经功能评分重度的血清VEGF水平高于中度、轻度的VEGF水平，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不同族别、不同硬塞部位急性脑梗塞患者发病第1、7、14天的血清VEGF水平，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：急性脑梗塞患者血清VEGF水平明显增高，提示VEGF参与了急性脑梗塞的修复病理变化过程，有可能反映脑梗塞程度及预后。关键词: 急性脑梗塞；血管内皮生长因子(VEGF); 梗塞面积；神经功能评分
The clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor
with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract: Objective: To study the change of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum with acute cerebral infarction and the action of VEGF during the pathological process of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Serum VEGF was determined by ELISA in 55 patients with acute cerebral infarction at 1, 7, 14 day and in 30 normal controls. Then to compare VEGF level with infarction volume, location and nerve function. Results: Level of VEGF in acute cerebral infarction patients was significantly increased at 1, 7, 14 day than normal controls(P<0.05). Further, Level of VEGF was significantly increased in a large infarct volume than that in less infarct volume(P<0.05). Level of VEGF was significantly increased in serious nerve function scores than midrange and lower grade nerve function scores(P<0.05). Level of VEGF was not difference with distinct location and nation. It was not statistically significance(P>0.05). Conclusions: Level of VEGF in serum of acute cerebral infarction patients has a significant increase. It indicated VEGF may take part in the pathological process of acute cerebral infarction and reflect degree and prognosis of cerebral infarction. ......
