[摘要]目的 探讨2型糖尿病(DM)并心、脑血管病变与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的关系。方法用化学发光法测定49例2型DM病人及51例正常对照者血浆HCY水平。结果2型DM病人无并发症组及有心、脑血管并发症组血浆HCY水平均较正常对照组明显升高，有心、脑血管并发症组较无并发症组升高，差异均有显著性( F=5.77，q=2.82～12.66，P <0.05、0.01)。高HCY血症组心、脑血管病的发生率较HCY正常组明显升高(χ2=4.72，P <0.05)。结论 高HCY血症可能是DM病人易并发心、脑血管病的危险因素，早期给予干预治疗可能有助于延缓并发症的发生发展。
