【摘要】 目的 分析孕妇血钙水平变化与妊娠结局的关系。方法 测定708例孕妇不同孕期的血清钙，并随访至分娩。结果 孕早期母体血钙水平即有下降，并保持低水平至分娩；低血钙导致妊高征发生率、产后出血率及出血量均明显增高(P<0.01)。结论 为提高围产期安全，孕期妇女应在医生指导下科学补钙。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes of pregnant women serum calcium level with the pregnancy result relations.Methods The serum calcium was determined in 708 examples of pregnant women with different gestation period and a follow-up to the childbirth was made.Results In the early pregnant serum calcium level drops and maintains the low level to the childbirth;the low serum calcium level can increase the occurrence rate with the hight hypertensive disorder complicating-pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage and increase the hemorrhage quantity (P<0.01).Conclusion In order to enhance the security in the childbirth period ......
