【摘要】 目的 探讨肝切除术后并发症相关原因，总结预防措施。方法 分析我院1999年1月～2005年10月，558例肝切除手术中52例术后并发症及死亡率的影响因素。从中总结经验，严格掌握肝切除适应证。结果 2例继发肝功能衰竭死亡，1例继发ARDS死亡，2例继发腹腔感染死亡。结论 充分的术前准备，熟练的手术技巧，术后密切观察病情，并积极的处理，可以有效地降低术后并发症的发生率和死亡率。

    Research on the interference factors of the complication of post-hepatectomy

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate hepatectomy correlation factor of complication. Summarize preventive measure.Methods The interference factors of the complication of post-hepatectomy as well as mortality rate, from 52 in 558 cases of hepatectomy dating from Jan 1999 to Oct 2005 in our hospital, were analyzed. From which we summarized the experiences of strict applicability of hepatectomy.Results 2 cases died of secondary hepatic failure. 1 case died of secondary ARDS. 2 cases died of secondary abdominal abscess.Conclusion Full preparation before operation, and perfect operative techniques. The complication of post-hepatectomy and mortality rate could be reduced effectively with the active therapy and careful observation of the condition after operation. ......
