毛木耳多糖诱导血小板聚集作用研究

     摘要目的：研究毛木耳多糖具有诱导血小板聚集的作用。方法：体外试验采用家兔颈动脉采血，体内试验用大白鼠，记录不同条件下的血小板聚集曲线，并比较其差异性。结果与结论：体外试验呈明显的剂量反应关系，该作用受毛木耳另一提取物Apf和阿斯匹林抑制，体内试验促进ADP诱导的血小板聚集，增加血小板血栓的重量。

    Inducement of platelet aggregation by polysaccharide of Auricularia polytricha

    Abstract Polysaccharide of Auricularia polytricha could induce the aggregation of platelets, which was inhibited by another extract (Apf) of A.polytricha or aspirin.There was a remarkable positive correlation between the dose of the polysaccharide and its effect in vitro.The platelet aggregation induced by ADP could be promoted by the polysaccharide in vivo,and the weight of thrombus increased.
